Notification Preferences

Sawfish sends your organisation several kinds of internal notifications. Each has its own audience control, so the right people hear the right things.

Invoice paid

Choose which team members receive the invoice-paid notification - typically your accounts people. Configured with the invoice notification settings; see Reminders and notifications.

CreditGuard alerts

Section titled “CreditGuard alerts”

Monitoring alert emails go to the organisation when a monitored client’s credit position changes. Each team member can opt out individually from their team profile - monitoring keeps running, only their own emails stop. See Daily monitoring and alerts.

Payout reports

Section titled “Payout reports”

The payout summary email - daily or weekly, your choice - goes to a controllable list of email addresses, and each user can toggle their own subscription. See Payouts and your wallet.

Weekly activity digest

Organisation admins and account holders receive a weekly activity digest each Monday morning covering the previous week’s activity across the organisation.
