Your Dashboard

The dashboard is your home screen - a live summary of money coming in, money on its way to you, and anything that needs your attention.

The Sawfish dashboard

Across the top: Overdue, Pending, and Draft invoices, each with a count and total value. They’re the quickest read on the state of your receivables.

The main invoice widget breaks down Pending, Overdue, and Paid (last 30 days) invoices. Click any invoice row to open it.

On the right:

  • Wallet Balance - your current Sawfish wallet balance, with a Manage wallet link for top-ups and payment methods.
  • Payouts - your latest payout amount and when it ran. View all shows your full payout history. See the Getting Paid section for how payouts work.

When you invite clients to self-onboard, invitations that are still outstanding - or submissions waiting for your review - appear here so nothing slips through.

Monitors each client’s outstanding balance against the credit limit you’ve set for them, and flags accounts approaching or exceeding their thresholds. Export downloads the list as a CSV.

If you use CreditGuard monitoring, alerts appear here whenever a monitored client’s credit score or risk profile changes - alongside the email notifications your team receives.

Along the top: Dashboard, Clients, Invoices, Payments, Agreements, and Settings - the six areas of Sawfish, each covered in its own section of this guide. On the far right, your organisation switcher - see Switching Organisations.
